A statement issued in Dar es Salaam yesterday by the department said that applicants are required to fill the forms online, print and submit them to the department for passport processing.
“The service will be accessed through the department’s website: www. immigration.go.tz and will officially start working on August 7, (tomorrow),” noted the statement. The statement further said that the newly introduced online service will continue alongside the previous application method until it is announced otherwise.
“The procedures of filling the forms are explained on our website, customers can have access to clarifications through our email; info@immigration.go.tz or any nearby immigration office,” reads the statement in part.
